Wedding terms and conditions

1.  A retainer fee of $350 is required.  This retainer fee (cash or personal check) is credited toward your package.  Upon signature, MNW Photography reserves the date and time agreed upon.  For this reason, the retainer fee is non-refundable.  In the event that the wedding is rescheduled, and the date and time is available for MNW Photography, 50% of the initial retainer fee will be credited to the new booking.

2.  Although all care will be taken with images taken at the wedding, MNW Photography has liability for any matters, including equipment failure, shall be limited to the balance paid only (less retainer).

3.  Average estimated images per hour 175-200 are subject to the photographer’s ability to pose or otherwise photograph with the respect to the conditions prevailing at the wedding.  Any list of images will be also taken into consideration under the conditions listed before.

4.  It is understood that any and all proofs, sample prints, and digital files are property of MNW Photography, protected under US copyright laws, with all rights reserved.  This also includes any digital scanning, artwork, or retouching that may be done in support of producing finished prints at the customer’s direction.  All images are owned by MNW Photography and are protected by the US copyright laws, MNW Photography may use images for any lawful purpose including marketing or promotional use either in printed or electronic form.

5.  Payment for the Wedding Service fee (less the retainer) is due one week before the wedding.  Failure to do so will void the original contract agreed upon.

6.  Wedding rehearsal events are at $100 per hour.

7.  Reorder prices are subject to change without notice.

8.  Studio is available to travel anywhere in the world.  Client will be responsible for any and all travel related expenses for the photographer and assistance (air fare, hotel, food, and transportation).  Packages in excess of 30 mile radius of Statesville will incur additional charges for travel, determined after destination is chosen.  Charlotte, Hickory, Mooresville, and Winston Salem are considered local.

9.  All ordering for the final wedding book must be made no later than 6 weeks after the wedding.  Reorders can be made anytime, however, all books must be finalized and back into the studio for production no later than 6 weeks after the wedding.  Failure to do so will result in a 20% charge of the wedding package to complete the wedding book.
